Processing Times

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

In-Stock (On-Hand) Items

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2–4 business days

Pre-Order Items

  • Processing & Fulfillment Time: 7–10 business days
  • Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped and tracking information will be provided.

Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be held until all items are available for shipment.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx. Carrier selection is determined based on the shipping destination and service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. PrttyGrl Luxury is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Prtty Grl Lux is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery-related issues.
